[ale] VMWare 3.0 and sound?

I'm trying to muck with VMWare Workstation 3.0 on my box. It's nice and
I may be able to get another windows box off my desk soon. One thing I'd
like of course is sound.
I'm using the commercial OSS sound drivers and I'm listening to an Ozzy
MP3 playing from xmms right now. When I go to start VMWare it says
/dev/dsp and /dev/dsp1 are in use and unavailabe. /dev/dsp2+ don't
exist. Anyone have any thoughts on how to get around this?
Robert
:wq!
