Maybe you already answered the question...... It places the Java stuff in the Jbuilder directory structure without affecting the existing java installation?

Yes, I've installed JBuilder on RH6.2-RH7.1 with no problems.?? The Linux
variety also installs the (IBM) JRE within the JBuilder directory structure.
