[ale] HTML Editor

Could someone recommend a good HTML editor for linux? Something along
the lines of DreamWeaver.

Also, a mail client that has POP access and can view html messages? I'm
currently using Ximian Evolution 0.99 but it's still rough around the
edges.

Don't know if this helps or not, but I'm running Progeny Debian.
