[ale] WYSIWYG?

I'm on a project where we need a WYSIWYG web editor
for linux.

The need to get the project out the door necessitates
a WYSIWYG rather than vi/emacs.

Is anyone aware of a good one out there?  We need true
WYSIWYG editing (i.e., not just formatted html code
but full html preview while editing and the ability to
manipulate tables through the gui).
