[ale] IPTables Load Balancing and Client Affinity

Can IPTables, or anything else, handle traffic load balancing with
client affinity? How about load weighting for different machines in the
'cluster'? I've been reading the docs and have searched Google and
linux.com without very much luck finding this out....

Can anyone point me in the right direction?
