[ale] tcl/tk 8.3

Hi,

I was just trying to run tknap, which requires tcl/tk 8.3.  My
debian potato has tcl/tk 8.2, so I installed the tcl/tk 8.3
source in /usr/local/bin.  How can I get tknap to ignore the
tcl/tk 8.2 in /usr/bin and use the 8.3 ver in /usr/local?  Any
ideas?
