[ale] packet shaping with TC.

Hi everyone,

I've been reading abit lateley about packet shaping using tc.
would this sort of thing make a significant differrence to the speed 
web pages load while doing bulk downloads?  I have a 56k modem.
If anyone thinks it would be worthwhile doing, could you give me afew 
examples of how to do it. I am running squid already if that makes a 
difference.
