The article I read on GMSV pointed out that the Court agreed with Judge Jackson's findings of fact and of law regarding monopolistic practices. Basically, they vacated his decisions because he mouthed off too much with the press. So, the evil empire has bought more time, but they aren't off the hook. But if they keep buying time, it won't make any difference anyway.
