The trick is getting the interview, then it's up to you. I've never been
very good at resume writing myself, so I know how difficult it can be
getting the right "buzzwords" into your resume without overdoing it.
Before interviewing for the position I'm currently in, I went to a temp
agency and they helped me write my resume. I learned to use the resume as
a tool to "get my foot in the door", then sell myself with the interview.
Headhunters tend to know just what needs to be in a resume to catch the
eye of HR people, so that's a good place to start.
