I tried it about a year ago.  It seemed to work, though it felt
weird.  If you have another windows box to run an intermediary
application, it will also interface with the Outlook calendar.  I
haven't tried that part of it.

A year ago it did not seem ready for prime time.  I had problems with
it opening up at a strange size, and other annoyances, but it did
work.  I hope by now it is smoother.

I'm not a big fan of Outlook style mailers, so I didn't pursue Bynari,
but if I liked them or had to use one I'd give it another chance.
