[ale] auth based smtp

Hi there,

	What can use to set it up so that users who have a pop account can
relay mail through a given mail server? I know there is some stuff out
there. Don't know much about it and I don't even know if setting somehting
like this up is a good idea. Anyway, if anyone has any experience with
something like this... Please, point me in that direction.
