[ale] Bellsouth ICW for Linux

I'm going to attempt to port Bellsouth's internet call
waiting application to Linux.

To assist in this effort, I'm trying to get in contact
with anyone on Bellsouth's development team who might
be able to offer some specs, etc.  Otherwise, I'm
going to just tcpdump it to death on the Windows side
and see what I can figure out.

If anyone on this list works for Bellsouth or knows
someone who does and would like to contribute, please
let me know.  Also, if anyone would just like to help
it would be greatly appreciated.  ICW is the only
reason I even boot windows, and I'd like to do away
with the hassle permanently.
