[ale] Internet Install of Debian

Hi -

Can someone explain to me how do start a Debian installation with floppies
and continue it over the Internet via HTTP or FTP?  Thing is, I JUST did
this recently, but I can't find the doc I went by.  I've got the rescue and
root floppies and driver floppies 1-4, but nowhere is it giving me an option
to config eth0 and go.
