[ale] Sendmail CGI config

Does anyone know if there are ramifications to using the new user CGI
apache server?  (letting customers run their own cgi's and the
permissions dont need to be 'nobody').  I am thinking of setting this
up.  If its not a issue anyone have a link to show where to set it up
at?
