[ale] 93% packet loss?

Does anyone know what would cause this?  I just changed my DNS entries
at Verisign/NetSol and I'm wondering if it's possible that our record
hasn't trickled down from the higher level databases  and some of the
packets are going to the wrong place...  

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing this?  In my domain I
only have 2 entries:

mail and www (forward and reverse).  

Any suggestions anyone?
