You're joking, right? Aside from the inherent futility of
attempting to stop middle/high school males from finding pr0n, there's
really no way you can hope to get a complete enough list. The reason
companies selling products such as `Surf Watch' and the like make
money is because they employ a staff of people who's full time job is
to continuously update their lists of blocked sites (which is really
all their product is; anybody can write an http proxy).
A better approach might be to simply make sure all computers
are in public areas in plain view with the users supervised by a
responsible adult. If you still want a technological solution,
require authentication to use the proxy and then cull over the logs
after the fact (but that's still going to require someone to look for
the banned sites).
