I did NOT have to change the port number in /etc/services. All I did was to
change /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf to add "Listen 81". Adding "Listen 82"
also worked just fine and the server was listening on both ports. NOTE: I
did NOT have to change "Port 80" in httpd.conf either.
