I have a Buslogic 946 ("C", I think). I bought it several years ago,
and it's always been rock solid. The author of the driver was able to work
with Buslogic engineers, and they began using his driver to test new cards.
I think they've seen the light.
Currently, it supports two disks, a DAT drive, and a UMAX scanner.
Even when the scanner is unplugged, it works fine (everything but the
scanner is internal).
