[ale] Mgetty/Slackware

Is anyone successfully running Slackware with Mgetty for dialin?

I have compiled and installed Mgetty in accordance with the Pocket-ISP
How-To.  MGetty will answer the modem, but I have not been able to get
Windows to send a login and password.  If I tell Windows to pop up a
terminal screen a login, I can log onto the computer as well.

Any ideas or hints?
