[ale] Apache Config question

I run SuSE and I did the same thing ( switched from easy local to secure )
and the same thing happened to me. I didn't figure it out untill you asked
the question. I noticed that yast now creates user directories (in home)
with different permissions than it used to. The permissions created on new
user directorie are now 700 instead of 755 like they used to be. Go to /home
and ls -al and look at the directory permissions. I think that is what is
wrong.
