[ale] Apache Config question

i have no idea what easy local is..

but 

/home/wwwsite  needs to be 701 <minimum>
/home/wwwsite/htdocs  same at 701 
/home/wwwsite/cgi-bin same at 701
/home/wwwsite/htdocs/*.html  should be 604
/home/wwwsite/htdocs/<anydir> should be 701
