[ale] dhcpd and 2.4?

I'm trying to get dhcpd working on a 2.4-test8 kernel and need it up
quick.  When I start dhcpd, I get this:

socket: Protocol not available - make sure CONFIG_PACKET and CONFIG_FILTER are defined in your kernel configuration!
exiting.

I know I can edit the .config file to find these, but I'd like to know
which options these are according to menuconfig.  Anyone know real
quick?
