[ale] POP3 Mail Clients

Anyone know if there is a way to configure Pine or Elm to recieve from a
POP3 server not on the linux box?  I am able to configure pine to send
to a SMTP server elsewhere but not recieve from a POP3 server.  Can they
do that or is there another client that can?

The senario is basically using PINE to send and recieve email from a
yahoo email account.
