[ale] Installation of Linux on my system to run side by side with windows.

I am learning to program in C, C++ and perl and I have an IBM aptiva
ps/1 with 20GB hard disk and 120MB RAM. I tried to install Red Hat but
could not do it .
Can I get somebody to install it for me.
My area code is 30083.
