[ale] Coyote setup eth0 not recognized

Here is why I love this listserv!  Thanks so much Chris for the advice!

The Coyote dist doesn't have the pci-scan.o in the modules nor does it
have the very latest tulip.o.  Now that I know what to do, I'll get
those going and then post the results.
