[ale] qmail

Hello,
I have built and installed qmail with daemontools and ucspi-tcp. The programs
started fine no errors or failures. I then added a virtual domain and some
users to test when I ran the qmail program qmail-pw2u to create the password
database it just hangs in my terminal until I hit control-c. Any suggestions?
