[ale] SuSE 7 and diald

Has anyone got this to work? I've installed it on other distro's with no
trouble, but can't get it to work on Suse7. Everything loads fine as far as I
can tell, it just never triggers a dialout. I presume something in the routing
is wrong, but don't know what.
