[ale] compiling Mesa3

Hello Again !

Anybody got Mesa3.2 going ?

When I.......

	make

I get........

	Making all in src
	Makefile, line 671: Need an operator 
[BTW, said line says "-include $(DEP_FILES)", which I assume means that
some dependency is unsatisfied & if I grep Makefile for DEP_FILES I get
a list of four files -> .deps/accum.P .deps/alpha.P .deps/alphabuf.P and
.deps/api1.P, which is the first line in a list of about 60 files] 
	make: fatal errors encountered - cannot continue
	*** Error code 1

What's my problem and how do I cure it ?
