[ale] Printing a website?

What is the ":lptext:" thing? ALL printcap (LHS) entries are two characters long.

You don't have :hl: (header last) set, but the banner comes out after the print?

Does ljet4050-filter generate the banner page?

(And I'm assuming the 4050N is *NOT* generating the banner automagically)
