Good news,

The Mylex AcceleRaid 250 controller now works under Linux. Gotta love a company that uses opensource drivers.

I got it working last Monday using RAID5 and haven't had any problems so far. (I thought I was going to have to use NT on my file server for a while.) I know the need will be few and far between, but I can tell you how to set it up if you have one.
