Thanks for the help. Actually <http://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/> is a more
current, but similar, presentation, though I didn't find the information
in either set to answer my question. (I know, "Trust the _Source_, Luke."

There are several ways to skin this [Blue]Cat, but between the Intel-AT&T
syntax variations and MSVC's ungraceful handling of assembler files, all
look fairly painful at this point.
