[ale] Installing Linux w/ Existing NT partition

OK,

   I know this is a FAW somewhere, but I'm lazy today.
I've got an NT box that I partitioned for a Linux partition.
Without blowing away NT (which I would LOVE to do),
how do I install Linux on the new partition and still be
able to boot either NT or Linux? Should I put LILO in
the MBR of the disk or should it go in the Linux
partition?
