[ale] ftp over ssh problems

Hello
	I use ftp over ssh on a machine that inet only lets ftp connect to
localhost on. The win ftp client is Vandykes SecureFX, It was working fine
but now I get the error listed below.
	I have recompiled ssh, and the whole nine yards. Could this be an
inet problem? I don't think so as the error is from ssh.

Any clues would be great. I have no idea at this point..
