[ale] ide-scsi emulation HOWTO?

I've poked around in /usr/src/linux/Documentation and can't find anything
on SCSI emulation and cdrdao.  Anyone have a HOWTO on using an IDE cd
with cdrdao?  I've compiled in scsi as modules and the scsi emulation.
