[ale] Socket Info

I have a commercial application on Sun Solaris that 
has multiple processes generating FTP connections to multiple systems.?? 
There are several socket connections in netstat that are either in CLOSE_WAIT or 
TIME_WAIT.?? Are there any tools for determining which process owns the 
socket connection and determining more information about these connections that 
do not close??? I am not familiar with any but I thought I ask to see if 
anyone had any suggestions.
