[ale] Windows and System Clock to GMT?

Ok,
  I've set my debian box to have the system clock to GMT.  The box is dual
boot Linux and Windows.  Linux of course can deal with the GMT.  Windows
on the otherhand doesn't seem to be able to.  Anyone know if I'm just
missing a button somewhere?
