Depends what you want. I work for comstar.net (so, yes, this will be
biased), but if you're looking for any sort of dedicated connection, we're
very linux-friendly (http://www.comstar.net).
If you're looking for ADSL or regular dialup, try ATLNet
(http://www.atlnet.com).
