[ale] Fling and carnivore

I just got through reading about the FLING protocals. Supposedly they replace DNS, bind, and other networking arcana and untacible system.
Also the FBI has a new e-mail scanning system called carnivore. The go to the Targets's ISP and connect to the system and scan all e-mails until the find what they are looking for. Whatdo you think of that?
