[ale] Apache,cgi,perl file-not-found error

How exactly are you trying to run it from within your HTML document?  Is
this CGI generating an image, or are you calling it via SSI or execing it
within a PHP document?  Give us sample code and the error that it is
generating and we can give a more accurate synopsis.
