Thanks to all those who replied.  I've found a good home - Ray Knight.
He plans on using it in his efforts to create an RPM based distribution
for 68k architectures.  (amiga, atari, mac, etc...).

His bits will be forthcoming on ftp-linux.cc.gatech.edu - as always,
"when it is done."
