IIRC, eudora mailfiles are basically mbox formatted, a (the?) standard mailfile
format. There is a utilty on freshmeat.net that will convert Eudora mail
archive files to standard mbox files.
And again, IIRC, Netscape mail files are also mbox files, so once converted,
you could probably just move the archive file into the netscape mail directory
structure and netscape will read it fine.
Maybe create a new user in Linux, *copy* your eudora archives to Linux, convert
to mbox, then try and use these new mbox files within netscape as the new,
throwaway user?
