[ale] fuser for BSD?

Hiya,

Is there a fuser command for BSD like there is for Linux?  I
haven't found it, if there is.

Also, is there  a way to make ps show you other devices in use,
not just terminals?  That way you could go

ps showdevices | grep /dev/dsp

and that would be it.
