[ale] Coexisting with Outlook calendaring features?

It is an exchange mail client (which I guess is really just IMAP).  It
will also do the calendaring stuff it you run an additional process on
a Windows box.  I haven't tried that, yet.  When I tried it a while
ago it was kind of primitive, but it did work.
