[ale] X11/extensions/shape.h

Hi,

	I just upgraded to the new version of X 4.01 anyway it works
fine. But now that I removed the old X, I try to compile and I get from
serveral things (imlib, qt) this error 

X11/extensions/shape.h: No such file or directory,

no I found to extensions dir in the build dir of X but I can't figure out
where to put it, I have tried ALL over the place to no avail.

Any suggestions?
