[ale] latest patches for Linux 6.2

Hi,

I have Redhat Linux 6.2 and am trying to install a number of packages ( SSL,
RPM, etc ) but keep getting told I need later version of a number of
libraries/packages.

Could anyone tell me where I can get the latest patches ( service packs )
for 6.2?

Or would it be better to upgrade to 7.0?  ( This is a very important
production system ).
