That sounds like a device that ought to exist but might not.  Putting a
regulat xcvr on and connecting it to a cheap 10/100 hub in between might be
your best bet.

Is there any such beast as an AUI to 100Base-T tranceiever?  I have an
AUI device that I need to plug into a 100 Base-T Switch that will not
accept 10 Base-T connections.
