[ale] using rsync with ssh

Hello,

	Well I have a set up rsync and with ssh and it works great, as a
matter of fact I should have started using it long time ago (I work for
a hosting company and do alot of moving of domain and web
content). However does anyone know of a good way to script this so that
ssh doesn't need the password? Using the /etc/hosts.equiv seems a little
to insecure.
