[ale] OT - CORBA/RPC conversion tools?

Hello all,

I'm looking for a tool that will (ideally):
1) take a .x file for RPC and build a .idl file for CORBA and
2) do the reverse, generate a .x file from a .idl file

A quick search of Altavista proved that nearly every discussion
of CORBA mentioned RPC, but no hits on a tool showed.
