[ale] Rights to directory

I have a co-located user box running SuSE 6.2.  The owners of the box have
asked me to give one of their users total rights to one particular
directory. (usr/local/httpd/htdocs)  My concern is in maintaining the
ownership that current users have, and just adding this one user.  I am
drawing a complete blank on the process.

Any guidance?
