[ale] cheap linksys pci cards

I picked up a couple of cheap linksys pci cards, expecting them to work
with the tulip driver.  I could not get them to work.  I've searched the
docs for any reference to this specific card, but no luck.  The card is
model number nc100.  Anyone have any experience with these cards?
